How do I say goodbye and delete my account?
You can delete your account from your account settings modal. To do this, click on your icon/profile image located in the header dropdown menu. From there, select "Account settings", and then navigate to the "Danger Zone" section. Please note that deleting your account will permanently erase all of your data and cannot be undone.
Is my personal stuff safe with you?

Can I create stories in other languages?
Yes! When you input the title and summary of your story in your preferred language, our advanced AI technology ensures that the entire story is crafted in that same language. Whether you want to create a bedtime tale in Spanish or an adventure story in Japanese, the choice is yours!

I'm worried about screen-time. Do you have ways help children spend less time on screen?
Yes! Each story comes with 10 off-screen activities designed to get kiddos to visualize and express their take on the story away from the screen.
How do I share the stories I've created with others?
Once you save your newly created story, a share button will appear allowing you to get a public link to your story or share it directly to Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter. You can also send the story as a gift, transferring the ownership of your story to the recipient.

The Character Vault is where you can create, save, and customize unique characters for your stories. These characters are inspired by your imagination and can be added to any story you create on Storytailor.
Can I create characters that look like my child?

You can customize your character’s appearance, clothing, personality, and more. From brave knights to tea-partying pirates, the possibilities are endless!
Are my characters and stories private?
Yes. All characters and stories you create are private to your account unless you choose to share them.
Can I create non-human characters?
Absolutely! Design magical creatures, talking animals, robots, or anything your imagination dreams up.
Can I use the same character in multiple stories?
Yes! Characters saved in your Vault can be reused in any story, making them ready for countless adventures. Adult focused stories do not have access to the Character Vault due to the sensitivity of the topics and plot.
Can I update a character after creating it?
Yes, you can update your characters at any time to change their appearance, traits, or details. However, updates count toward your monthly character limit.
What does updating a character mean?
Updating a character involves making changes to its design, traits, or profile. This includes adjustments to appearance, personality, or any other customization.
Do updates count toward my monthly limit?
Yes, each update to a character counts as one use toward your monthly character limit, similar to creating a new character.
Can I update the same character multiple times in a month?
Yes, but each update will count toward your monthly character limit. For example, if you update one character twice, it uses two slots from your monthly limit.
What happens if I reach my monthly limit?
Once you’ve reached your monthly limit, you won’t be able to create or update characters until your next billing cycle. However, you can still use existing characters in your stories.
Can I undo an update to a character?
Unfortunately, updates can’t be undone. If you’d like to revert changes, you’ll need to recreate the character or update it again; however, the new character will not look or be 100% the same.
Does deleting a character reset my limit?
No, deleting a character doesn’t reset your limit. Your monthly character limit applies to creations and updates regardless of deletions.
Will updates to a character appear in all my stories?
No, updates will only apply to new stories you create. Existing stories with the character will remain unchanged.
Can I download my characters?
At this time, characters can’t be downloaded directly, but they can be used in all your stories created on Storytailor.
Can I edit or delete Booster and The Void?
No, Booster and The Void are Storytailor Originals—special characters that are part of the Storytailor universe. They’re designed to inspire creativity and add magic to your stories just as they are.
Do I have to use Booster and The Void in my stories?
Not at all! Booster and The Void are here as optional additions to your Character Vault. Use them whenever you’d like to add a spark of adventure or conflict to your tales.
"Gift a Subscription" Feature
What is the 'Gift a Subscription' feature?
Gift a Storytailor subscription to spark a child's imagination and learning journey. This feature allows you to add credit to an existing Storyteller plan or start a new subscription, perfect for any child eager to embark on a journey of adventures.
Which plans can I gift a subscription to?
The gift subscription is exclusively available for the "Storyteller" plan at Storytailor.
Is the gifted subscription refundable?
No, all gifted subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased.
How many times can the gift code be used?
Each gift code can only be redeemed once. Make sure to apply it correctly to activate the subscription.
What if the recipient does not have a Storytailor account?
If the recipient does not have an account, they can apply the gift code at checkout. Simply click the "click here to redeem" button in the gift notification email to get started.
How does an existing user redeem a gifted subscription?
If you already have a Storytailor account but do not have a Storyteller plan:
